Also comes with board oil to condition the wood after the board has been cleaned. Made with mineral oils and beeswax. Food-safe. 

Best practices: wipe board after use with a damp cloth to clear any food particles. Wipe again with warm soapy cloth and wipe immediately with a dry cloth there after. Do not submerge. When board is completely dry moisturize board with conditioning oil. Using a colorfast cloth apply a small amount and using small circular motions cover entire surface of board. Let dry completely and store out of sunlight in a constant temperature controlled environment.
