Best practices: wipe board after use with a damp cloth to clear any food particles. Wipe again with warm soapy cloth and dry immediately with a clean cloth thereafter. Do not submerge. When the board is completely dry, moisturize the board with conditioning oil. Using a colorfast cloth apply a small amount and using small circular motions cover the entire surface of the board. Let dry completely and store out of sunlight in a constant temperature controlled environment.
